Purpose of this web site
The site is built using Joomla!. This means it is a “Context Management System (CMS) that allows registered users to add content to the web site.
The concept is Groups of users that have specific permissions.
A super user can access everything.
Someone who is not registered can only see some of the content of the web site.
Registered users are allowed to see more and can edit their own profiles.
There is a sub group of registered users – IF1members who are allowed access to more content, such as the current newsletters.
To become a user you need to register with the site and log in when you visit.
After you have registed you can join IF1 to get further privileges.
